Key Service Team Roles

Service Technician

Entry to Mid-Level | Reports To: Service Operator or Owner

We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined professionals to handle routine pool cleaning and basic maintenance for our residential customers.

Overview:

Perform pool cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing
Build rapport with homeowners through reliable service
Support basic troubleshooting and upkeep of equipment

Ideal Candidates:

1+ years of pool service or general maintenance experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
CPO certification is a plus (or willing to earn it)
Familiar with Central/North San Diego or based north of the 52 (preferred)

Service Operator / Sr. Service Operator

Experienced Technician to Management Track | Reports To: Owner / General Manager

This role supports both residential and commercial service accounts, leading repairs, installs, and field operations with professionalism and technical know-how.

Overview:

Mentor junior techs and ensure high-quality, compliant work
Troubleshoot and repair pool pumps, automation, and gas systems
Lead or support installs and complex service projects

Ideal Candidates:

Strong leadership and communication skills
3–5+ years of pool service, mechanical, or trade experience
Proficient in plumbing, automation, electrical, and gas systems
CPO certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
